6509 Bunker Hill Court

Remarks: Great potential for a beautiful home. Two story home with two staircases, one from Living area and one from Kitchen. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. plus a study. House is owned by disabled person and they could not have any repairs done. So go check it out. Lovely neighborhood with community pools, playgrounds, etc. Primary Bedroom and study is on level one. Study has a closet so could be 5th bedroom. Upstairs are Three bedrooms and Loft area, 2 baths. Appliances in Kitchen are questionable. No key to backdoor and front door is hard to open, Push down on handle, pull towards you and push hard. Any problems, please contact agent.
